Is it perhaps meant to represent anyone in particular? My overactive imagination has got me searching for actors it might look like (maybe one responsible for cutting short the roles of either Balsam or Bisset). However, the closest resemblance I can see is a rather unflattering one for the lovely Sally Hawkins, but she is above suspicion (IMDb suggests all her alibis check out). Alternatively, it's just one of John's random doodles and I need to stop overanalysing everything.
