I get the vibe that if anything /is/coming, it's chosen that moment to arrive purely to annoy her.
Are you sure you don't know her, you drew her, after all. I mean she may very well exist apart from the drawing, she may be anyone looking out their car window, but this particular depiction belongs to you, so you should know all motivations behind it. or, you know, Merry Christmas. buns for tea!
I looked at this image and heard in my brain "Oh, pipe down! Do you not have overtaking in Ipswich?"
