P.S. The morning after the election you tweeted about finishing up some writing and going in that morning to record. Is it something we'll be able to hear soon?
Thank you both for the pointer. That was thoroughly enjoyable; loads of fun.
Reminded me of something from several years ago. There was a gubernatorial election some years ago in our neighboring state of Louisiana. The incumbent had been convicted for fraud and misappropriation of state funds. The challenger was a fellow named David Duke--grand master of the Ku Klux Klan.
One of the most enjoyable campaign bumper stickers that year said, "Vote for the crook."
I am the man in this photograph of me. Writer, comedian and actor. I wrote Cabin Pressure, and now write John Finnemore's Souvenir Programme, and Double Acts.

I've known some livers in my day. Trust me; you really don't want to hear what they've got to say. You've never heard such bile.

Oh, yes, sorry about that. It's on Listen Again until Friday, and stars the excellent James Fleet.
